O.K O.K. in truth the photo from a critics point of view would be that it is very amateurish...
While they would understand the technique the person is trying too use, the photographer has a long way to go understanding the uses of this technique.
For this technique the subject that is to be in focus needs to be centered in the middle of the frame, the light is currently the focus in this picture as it is centered but the fact that it is out of focus and the in focus subject is off center means that it leaves the viewer with a sense of what are they supposed to be looking at and while the photographer can protest all he wants that that was the "effect" he was trying to create, those of us that know better would just say it's a c*&p photo.........
