I agree, it is nonsense that non-Muslims are forced to join in the fasting business!! and even for Muslims- really- isn't how they do it here just a cop out? It isn't really "fasting" and a sacrifice if nothing is available! A truly religious fast is one where a believer sits at a feast, and says "no thank you". That is sacrifice- this is just making it unavailable! and the driving like bats out of hell, how is that a religious experience?? although I do find myself praying when on the roads!!
