this is weird .. i mean she can write any condition in the marriage contract (if its named so), to guarantee her rights .. thats very normal in Islam .. even the man who writes this contract normally asks the woman if she has any conditions that she prefer them to be written .. so exercising her rights is what annoys the family & hubby .. she better reach an understanding at least with her hubby about this .. she can explain to him why is she having that written i really can't think of a better solutions
