never being prejudice in my comments. I wasn't blaming only Qataris, many are at fault. It is however unfortunate that many Qataries will loose the lives of their loved ones since they are the ones I (personally)see driving around with their children unsafe. Not sure how, but perhaps a class prior to taking their infant home -should be mandatory so that they understand completely what they will loose if they choose to disreguard the laws of child safety.
That being said, Is there even such laws here in Qatar? It honestly should not take a law or a fine so that adults properly place their children safely in a vehicle. Then again, what am I thinking? Life just doesn't seem to be valued. Why is that?
