pronounce ending "t"s as a R sound...so only I guess I'd be scarlerr...

and as far as dropping things..we southerners almost always drop the ending "g"s on words..like goin', workin', ect....

as far as the missing tt's....you could always add an "i" in the middle and have a spare..
