I don't see any sign of Qatar becoming like USA or EU..
rather I see it becoming like India or Phillipe..

Wake up..... just road and building does not make country like USA or EU....

You need to have human respect and value. Quality of life, justice, equality, education, fair and just society, individual right, press freedom... these are few things which USA and EU have or trying their best to improve it,

where as in Qatar.. you can tell me... yourself...
