Scarlett I agree that the police need a firm handhold to set them straight. They should all be fired, pay a fine and ridiculed at the very least, if not given a jail sentence. In fact, I believe that in any good justice system being a witness to such a crime and not taking any action or witnessing against the perpatrators makes them equally as guilty.
