I didn't take your statement as anti-black. However it was prudish, something I would expect a person of your race to say. Trust me I have heard it all before. I feel bad that anybody is discriminated against not matter the color of their skin, I would like to remind you though that the white race never in history as a whole have been discriminated against for the color of their skin. Not only in america but in just about every place you set your foot on on this planet there is hatered for the black race. You as a white person have not been systematically discounted in jobs, houses, prohibited from traveling, denied food, clothing ect.. And I am not talking just about the past. Racism is an epidemic, not only by whites and blacks, by every race. so, you see when you make remarks like the one earlier than I have to you correct yourself.

when I listen to the news or read papers here in north america, there is always someone being racially discriminated against, I have seen stories about east indians, chinese, blacks,native indians being discriminated against but I have yet to see a story about a white person being racially discriminated against especially in mainstream america. Is this they are not reporting it? or is it because it is practically a non- issue for them.

Anyway as bad as I feel for your friend and you being discriminated against I feel for you. But take a step back and look at all the brown faces around you that have had racism casted upon them all their lives and it ain't gonna go anywhere soon.
