If you take the Lusail Street all the way out of town (over the two Lagoon bridges), it will be across from Lusail City and above the Golf Course. It's on the Marhaba map with a purple dot.

To get there, take a left at the first roundabout after the Zig Zag towers, followed by an immediate right. You'll see a yellow sign indicating the Shafallah Center for Children with Special Needs.
