Verse 13.
The whole Verse is as below:
And when it is said to them(Hypocrites): "Believe as the people(followers of Muhammad(SAW): the Ansar and Muhajir of Madina) have believed," they say: "Shall we believe as the fools have believed?" Verily, they are the fools, but they know not.
Please open your eyes and try to understand what you read. It is very clear. About whom the verse speaks. If you read something out of context, you will get the wrong.
I found almost all the quoting from The Holy Qur'an by you in your reply is out of context.
