to make a association and to manage it is not a small task..if a association is having 15 member thn 15 different thoughts and advices..and then if one is selected discrimination takes place on religion base/community/region or anything else......even though aligs are divided into two groups but they share same thoughts and it might be possible that some members the common in both groups...
