BOT (back on topic) - smoking is kinda ingrained in the local culture, isn't it? Sheesha, etc too. Yes, all smoking is supposed to be outdoors and that's fine in winter but at other times, they'd prefer to smoke indoors. Hence, the smoking and no smoking areas. I think they are generally quite careful about smoking in family areas - like some restaurants have - where the women and children are.

/Another thing - cuban cigar smoke was not too bad (health wise, must be worse) but it was ok to be around for 1 round. What I can't stand is the Indonesian brand "Gudang Garam" or something. My colleague(s) love that one.
