Probably, the best thing you and your friends can do is to file a police report.. 65% of crimes here in Doha are not being filed. In that case, you are just allowing things like that to happen to others.. Let the authority knows what's happening around Doha a little bit and let them take an action on how it could be prevented. I know a lot of people who experience the same kind of situation in our area, and because all are filed to the police, the authority took an action by having police patrol every now and then in our area.
