really quite clever! It makes sense that a Nation's car manufacturer would build cars to suit their particular Nation's requirements/likes.
Although if we are judging people's characteristics by their CHOICE of car then I think that's a different matter. In that case then I'm not sure that I would qualify as a typical arrogant Brit.
Well, OK, I admit to owning an Austin Healey Sprite in my late teens, which is probably a BIT of an arrogant Brit's car. Ooops, and I forgot about the MGB GT in my mid-twenties (I seem to be proving Osman's point here!) :D
But latterly I have bought a Fiat X19 and an old (1983) BMW 525. Mind you ... it was my husband who suggested those to me, having seen them in a showroom. hmmmm
