I think God has got better things to do than keep checking on 6 billion people at any given point of time. Let alone, the one's who are dead and the ones to come in the future. Here we are not even talking about beings from other planets in the entire universe!

I think he'd do well if he could do something in eliminating natural catastrophes and getting rid of a few terrorists since they dont belong to any religion anyway!
