It may help to revisit your diet to prevent the formation of acne on your face. Acne is caused by your internal body toxins. It occurs when your body contains more toxins than your kidneys, bowels and liver can remove. These toxins are then expelled through your skin. Hormone imbalance is another main cause for acne.
