Actually personally i havent had any problems with karwa, when i needed them as long as i booked them in advance, they have been reliable and knowledgable about the location of my destination. The only issue is that if you have a spontaneous trip, its not possible, theres always at least 5 hours wait, if there is one availabe. Hopefully things will improve.
