You'll like this. I saw a doctor at Al Ahli - the doctor told me to make an appointment and see him again in two weeks.
I went to the appointment window. This girl was sitting there staring into empty space. She snapped out of her stupor and looked at me and exclaimed: "Whaaaaat?". I said "I'd like to make an appointment." I handed her the appointment form my doctor gave me. She said "What? What am I supposed to do about it?"
I said "Well the sign says that this is the appointment office and that's the appointment form my doctor gave me!" She then sighed and said "OK, when does he want to see you?". I said "It's on the form, in two weeks time."
And so it went on. Later that week I was called and rescheduled.
