People don't seem to understand how dangerous a car is and how much responsibility goes along with driving. Not only that they don't seem to understand how fragile human life is and how easily it can be taken. Until the authorities really take a stand and make harsher punishments the Hamad Green Hornet as I call it will be busy every day picking up maimed bodies from car accidents. I wish they would publish just how many accidents here are from teenagers in cars that are too powerful, without drivers licenses. Not only that women should not drive with their face covered they don't allow it in Kuwait and the mans ghutra has to be back so he has periphihal vision. I wish we could have a more active police force. If you lose a limb here everyone gets the same amount they have calculations for whatever you lose. I also think the judges we have here are awful as well.
