I spoke to a very nice lady at CBQ -

1. no one received any warning (she must have apologized at least 10 times!)
2. it was a blanket reduction for all customers!

I thought the financial crisis hadn't affected local banks... To be honest, the reduction doesn't bother me much, but I'm surprised they did it in secret. Maybe they thought no-one would notice ;-)

I'm off down to CBQ and take out all my money, buy a spade on the way home and bury it all in the garden!!!!
