Go to the beach between the Ritz and the Dip Club late at night and just you try to get within 5 metres of any of the parked cars.
I personally know a number of Qatari guys who *regularly* take people to the beaches in Al Wakrah, outside Al Khor, Simaisma, Sealine, etc etc, purely to have sex in the back of their car. That's what the window tinting is for.
If you were a young guy and you couldn't take your girlfriend/boyfriend to your house or a hotel for a bit of fun, where else do you think you're going to go????
I challenge you to go to the beach, late at night, and find enough people catching crabs to fill all the cars that are parked on the beachfront.
