Is it a court order to vacate , or the landlord's notice stamped by the court to vacate? Cause if it is the latter then you don't have to worry for now. As far as I know there is a Decree by the Government putting a hold on all rental contracts due to the accomodation crisis. Meaning that your landlord does not have the right to vacate the house except if he can prove that he or one of his children wants to move in (which is rarely the case) or that it is scheduled to be demolished. So make sure what the document exactly states.
