Coocking each of these have different method but a common method applicable to all is to apply littile salt and red chilli powder on the cut pieces and fry it. just wipe the fry pan with oil, and put a lowest flame and close it after placing the fish to get it coocked well, wow. you cannot belive it how much tasty is this. simple, easy and fantabulous.
