Why do you think most Qatari youth live at home they have to they can't afford to live on their own as they get paid much less than expats, pay is sometimes 1/4 of a Westerner even with a western degree. My sister-in-law helps people in need and because of the recent destruction of affordable housing many especially widows or divorcees are really in a pickle. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean there aren't any. There are some agencies they can ask for help but its not like they hand out money.
