I was aware of fake labour companies, but even they need a "real" Qatari partner/sponsor. Why does immigration allow them through if there is no one there to pick them up - it seems a simple enough step to add to the entry procedure, no pick up then they must go home on the next available flight.
If this were implemented AND the airlines who transport these poor men were made to fly them back at the airline's expense - then this practice would soon dry up. Perhaps it should be made mandatory too that Qatar Airways is the only airline that can accept passengers with this type of "fake" visa.
Once things start to "cost" the airlines or the local sponsor then things will change.
Goodness knows, my RP is checked before I get onboard my flights to Doha to ensure that they won't have to fly me back.
