Hi Novi! I've renewed mine & my family healthcard thru hukuomi site. I was able to get it at villa #16 months ago. You just take the road from sports r/a towards bin omran traffic signal, you take the 2nd road on the right (landmark is Hamad New HRD Bldg. at the corner of that 2nd right). Then go straight ahead until you take the obligatory left, & continue straight from that obligatory left until you'll find the villa #16 on the left side. If you see a signage healthcard dept., that is villa#16. You just have to bring with you the printed payments receipts you get from the hukuomi on line heathcard renewal transaction you made. Even though you opted & requested that your healthcard be delivered or pick-up at Rumaillah & if it wasn't available there then they will always refer you to pick it up at the hamad healthcard dept.(villa#16)& for sure it will be available there 'coz all issuance of the card came from there.
