Yes, police SHLOUD be trained in advanced first aid as they are suppossed to be first on the seen. They basically are in the time frame of saving a life. It's one of those things yer mates back home wouldn't believe you if you told them really. Big list.

As you know though, the fence in this country has very confortable seats on it. everyone wants a seat there.
