Correct me if Im wrong, but the one I think you're referring to is Abraham right?He slept with his wife's servant at the insistence of his wife in order to have a child. And no he did not sleep with his daughters, because he had no children at that time!I dont think your living up to your QL name platao!=p

And one more thing, the Old testament takes into account circumstantial events that happened in the past thousands of years ago, when pillaging cities, and other barbaric trends such as slavery were actually practiced!
Monogamy was only encouraged during the New testament as opposed to the old testament where polygamy is acceptable mainly for the purpose of procreation because at that (Abraham's)period the population was so scarce that the land within your eyesight is considered to be your own.
