)it can be a force for good as people share ideas and work to bring equality etc
)it contains information on everything and anything which can be good or bad, from how to make a cake to how to make a bomb!
)It can empower individuals who in other circumstances wouldn't be so but this is bad and good, on the one hand you could have people supporting each other throguh cancer etc but also you can have people sharing extreme ideas like bulmia sufferes sharing tips on how to throw up, suicide cults etc.
)blocking of sites I think needs to be carefully done!
