Well i have heard even more stories of this retard. I wonder why the management is quite about the entire issue. This is really sad. You need to complain to the Top Management or the President of the school or may be write to the Minister of Education. I am sure that would keep his nuts in place. Its just like the Modern Era Hitler !!
