LACK of laws to protect the intimate encouters of marriage is an insult to the institution of marriage. While you might be kind enough to respect your wife...there are many that don't and the wife can NOT report the incident because they have no recourse or will be punished for returning to their family due to abuse...only to the returned to the abusing husband.

I don't care if you are married or single..NO, means NO...its not a maybe or perhaps...otherwise it is rape..
