". . .and I was already driving in excess of the speed limit...."
Can you explain that??? Do I smell a hypocrite here???
You speak about Oz. Well, let me tell you something. Back in Oz nothing, absolutely nothing gives you the right to break the speed limit. You could be a copper yourself, but unless you are responding to an emergency you still have to stick to the speed limit.
Back to Doha, you would have a very weak case since you were doing excess speed yourself. Offcourse you could not disclose that, but then would'nt you be a hypocrite and a liar?
