QTEL is the only source to know his operation in Doha. AS i understand before you can make a post paid you have to render your Qatar ID card. I don't know why his sponsor is letting him do the illegal things in Qatar which harm some people there.
He knows a lot of police men, he even paid them he said. He has many cases but still at large maybe there is someone protecting him. But if there is a straight policemen in Qatar who could sue him it will be good for the country.
