This is great advice. But unfortunately Wife 1.0 has more than one undocumented bug. For me it crashed even without installing Mistress 1.1. (Though years after system recovery from the crash I enjoyed Mistress 1.1, 1.2, 1.3....)
Anyway, the bug in my Wife 1.0 crashed with all the consequences resulting in automated execution of the Divorce protocol to install Lawyer 1.0 and 1.1. Obviously, MS money files were wiped out leaving the system broke. Thank god I had not already installed key softwares like children 1.0, 1.1 etc...otherwise I would have not been able to do any system recovery even many years later after that fateful crash, as I have done now.
You cannot do much! Just be careful...especially if you are in a country like US where these bugs tend to cause more damage as Divorce Protocol is far more onerous.
