When you set foot to any Gulf Countries the first thing to do is leave your life back home; just bear in mind that if you are fond of simple life, you will surely experience it. Routines will be household chores, then supermarket's day, then a soothing sand on the beach and not so wild club crowds. The good side of it all is you tend to have a quality time with yourself, which maybe for the longest time you dont have it on your busy country. Find time to read good books, indulge in a unique hobby or simply practice cooking..for they have inexpensive ingredients available. I, too will start my life in Doha, but no worries you will get thru it in time, as what they say "When you're in Rome, do what Roman's do" Nothing much to worry you will be fine, another phase in your life that you might appreciate in your later life. Best of Luck
