A friend of mine shipped recently a boat from Doha to Dubai and it costed him around 2000 Dirhams.
You need to check the place where the trucks are found. Like here in Doha they are found in the area where the central/wholesale market is. Talk to any truck driver. Usually they will lead you to those who have trips to Doha.
