Putting too much pride in your race or citizenship is something everyone is guilty of. Yeah, from where I am coming from, I'd say something like, "Well, nicely done to him on possibly yet again, brilliantly, using his power or advantage as a Qatari" (sarcastically speaking). Never mind the labels such as racism and such..This is classic bullying. Everyone is guilty of such in their lifetime. But hey, if I was the guy at 18C, I would be furious and will find a way to get back at him for sure.
