Try making a list of things on your mind, kind of like a mind map of where you are now and then try finding ways of getting where you want to be. Weigh up options in two (or three) columns and give each points and total them up. See which is best.

Things on your mind are usually issue you haven't faced yet or are ignoring. Just writing them down and ease your thoughts and give you a little respite for a nights sleep.

Try not dwell too much on the past, it done... gone and never to come again. Accept whatever you've done (seeing as how we're all creatures of instinct) and try to learn from it.
