shahzad, you are right... but pls don't insinuate and specify - the laborers are being left in pain...
as i've said - triaging and priorities... some things should be taken into consideration as well,
if the ED is busy, if they are attending to a more serious case, if a QATARI comes in first - well, in that instance, we can never really do anything, can we??? unless (again) what the other has is a life threatening condition...

we too pity them waiting for hours... it's not for us to act upon...
