Oh well..regardless of the taglines, all banks have their secret "charges.." I worked in a bank before and we do not disclose everything to the customer. That's why we are given those handbooks (that we throw to our rubbish bins..),to read all those superscripts and disclaimers written like footnotes!
=) That's the reason why I quit Happy! Because I can't sell something I don't believe in... It's like sounding confident yet deep inside you wanna tell the customer, "don't avail or you'll be trapped in deep sh!t!"
