Well, for me it depends on your lifestyle. If you are an out-going happy go lucky person, the amount would not be sufficient. But if not, this is enough for you. if the company will be shouldering your accommodation and transport expenses, the full 4500 will be budgeted only on your personal expenses such as food and other basic necessities..for a single male 500-800 budget per month for food is quite okay. the rest you can divide it for your family and for your personal savings. darwish is one of the stable companies here but they don't give NOC's (No objection certificates) this is required if you want to sponsor your family to come here(on a visit visa only, the other's already specified that you cant sponsor your family for a resident status since there is a specific salary requirement)
just compare between your current salary and the salary that you would be getting here. think if you could earn the same when you stay there or if you go here. think as well of the current economic status, is it better there than here or is it the other way around.
