Assalamualaikum..

on 15.06.09 i went to the QIB Fanar branch with all the needed document to transfer the salary for our employee to their account and applied visa card ....after inspection of documents the customer care officer told me that for all this work you would have to go to the main branch of QIB.

I went to the Main branch of QIB... i was surprised after listing the words of of Customer Care officer that "for all this work you would have to go
to the QIB Fanar branch."

I told her that i am just comming from QIB Fanar branch.. she was also surprised and said to me that sorry for inconvience but you have to go the Fanar branch again...

I went to the Fanar branch again you can imagine how much i suffered to find the parking space in this over crowded area.

I went to the same Customer Care Officer as he was not helpful to me....
some how they accepted these document and instruct me to come again after two or three days... and next time to check with the Airport Branch of QIB.

on 17.06.09 i went to QIB Fanar branch to collect my visa card...

this lady told me that your visa card is not ready and you have to go the Airport branch on SUNDAY TO COLLECT YOUR VISA CARD FROM THERE.

I informed all this to my manager.....he told me that wait there i am coming to you....because my friend works in QIB Fanar branh and he will help us...

When he got to the bank and contacted his friend... then together they went to Visa card department....
when my manager;s friend (employee in Fanar branch) asked to the same lady the visa card of this company is ready or not....??? this same lady replied... YES THIS VISA CARD IS READY SINCE YESTERDAY...

i was surprised???????
After i asked her, why did you misguide me??
she smiled and told YA ALLAH SIGH HERE....

I could't understand the reason, why she gave falseful information in the first place?????
