Having followed this thread with much interest over the past couple of days, I think one thing is very clear:
People have a hard time understanding the structure of the Flexi Plans compared to the Qtel Shahry plans.
As the 1st competitor in the Qatari telecoms market, I would have thought Vodaphone would have made it very clear in its marketing material what the differences are between the Voda and Qtel packages.
You two guys seem to do a better job at explaining the differences than the Voda marketing department.
I suggest sending this thread to the marketing/product teams as a case study in how not to communicate price plans in emerging markets.
