i can beleive that some ppl think, because VF plans are simple and allow everything and that qtel plans are also simple but lots of stuff is not in the plan, so VF not as good as they expect. but at least VF try to shake things up and its working.

you must have your head in a bucket if you think ppl cant call from one network to the other? maybe qtel like this, but governemnt wouldnt allow
