Anyway, to the people who question the flapping of the flag. The flag has a piece of wire attached to the upper and left side of it to give the appearance of a flag flying at full mast. Without it, the flag would hang limply on the pole. It is the movement of the wire that the material is attached to that gives it that "flapping" appearance.
