For CID clearance, you need only letter from your employer, and your ID, with passport copy. YOu have to submit that in AZIZYA where the CID office is located. They will take the docs along with an applicable fee, and will advise you to come after 10 days to collect it. this is the process to get CID clearance.
attestation of certificates, will be required when you go to labour after your successful Medical test, CID clearance. You have to take the offer letter, passport copies, ID copy, copy of the certificate (Mainly degree) the original should be certified by Ministry of Interior & Human Resources, India, and then when you receive the certificate from India after attestion, you have to go to Indian Embassy here, get it attested, followed by the certificate to be taken to Qatar's MOFA, Mughanlia (Next to Al Bustan Hotel) get it attested. Please note that Qatar's MOFA will attest your certificate only if it is attested by Ministry of Interior & Human Resources from India, followed by attestion by local Indian Embassy.
This process is purely required to submit the papers for labour approval.
