Rapes happen here more often than reported. I personally know of 2 ladies who have been pulled into an alley and raped. Neither of them reported it due to all the "problems" that are associated with it in this part of the world.
Rape is a crime of VIOLENCE...it is NOT caused by seeing more flesh. Quite a few of the offenders have had very dominating mothers that were not only physically abusive but mentally abusive.
