A link to a class that is only in Thailand!

The pad thai sounds wonderful, I am going to try thai again. I shy away from asian rest. cause of my allergy to shellfish(near fatal experience was hard won). If we get to Q., I hope to learn a lot of new things in the kitchen, I LOVE cooking.
