I hope some of the young expatriates on QL learn about the real world and the reality while they are in the MiddleEast as you normally won't learn it in the rest of the world. I think when you are young you beleive your country can do no wrong and anything they do is great you soon learn its not so great and its more about money and power than for man kind. The Taliban fought off the Russians so I would not underestimate their capability, that would be the US's second mistake. Now its overrun by drugs so we just need to get out and quick. I am starting to realize every country has their selfish reasons to do things regardless of how it hurts others but also every country has its fall and I think the US is starting to feel it but they haven't seen the bottom as yet.
