AND I AM HAPPY WITH MYSELF..
WHATEVER HELPS YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT.

i sleep instantly knowin i dont harm anyone not even myself. i take good part of my body and i meditate and i feel the trees and wind around me..
and i am happy this way
